What are my alternatives?
Free Option: You don't need a commercial license if you aren't putting money into ads. If you're only posting organically, you have that permission already.
Non-Subscription Option: You can buy unlimited usage of the content outright at the time of purchase for double the cost of the deliverable.
Our Competitors: Will charge you per deliverable, in 3 or 6 month increments, manual invoicing, a % of the cost of the media.
Is this for agencies working with multiple clients?
Yes. Your single agency subscription covers all the media you buy from this website for any of your clients, so you don't need to purchase a separate license for each brand.
Does this apply to UGC and influencer content?
Yes. This license is essential for all user-generated content and influencer media you use in paid ads. It ensures you have the legal right to use their content for commercial purposes.
What happens if I stop my subscription?
Your license will expire, and you must immediately cease using the content in any paid advertisements to avoid copyright infringement.
Do I own the content's copyright?
No. The creator retains copyright ownership. You are simply given permission to use the video under the terms of your license. We retain the copyright of all media we create so that we'd have legal grounds to act if the footage is being used in a not-brand safe way.

We will support you confirming our permission in any way needed if there is ever a copyright challenge against your account during a covered period.
